14 weeks!

Today we are 14 weeks and Baby is the size of a lemon (or about 3 1/2 inches, not including legs.) The baby now has functioning kidneys and can urinate!! Whoa! While the info I read tells me that I can't feel the baby yet, I can!! The other day (after a while in the bluebonnets) I did a bunch of sneezing. And after the 10th sneeze of so, I felt a tiny KICK and then felt the baby roll into some new position. Crazy!!! Not sure if that meant the baby liked my sneezes or was really ready for me to stop. :)

This is NOT our baby, but it is an ultrasound of a baby at 14 weeks.

And here is me. :)

I don't have any idea why my tummy gets so big, so fast, but I think it is cute!

Grow, baby, grow!

  1. I was coming on here to remind you that you are 14 weeks, but I guess you figured it out without my help. :)

I love the photo of you. Could you be any cuter?? Oh, and that is amazing about feeling the baby move!!!!

This is so fun and exciting, and I love that we live so close and I get to witness firsthand the amazing belly! :)

  2. Love this blog! Thanks for sharing your life and your baby with us. Much love, GJ

  3. You are super cute!! I'm glad we don't have to have another "pants" incident for me to feel your tummy. :) Grow baby grow!!

  4. ohhhh, that's a cute belly, alright!!!....God bless Baby Miller!....thanks for keeping us all updated on the latest.......we're all in this together!! (but we don't have weird cravings or nausea)

  5. Erica,
Thanks for starting this blog...after 2 m/c's I was just diagnosed with MTHFR, and found your blog through "Dwelling in the Land" (Kelly's prayer blog).

It is so refreshing to know that someone out there has been in my shoes...and it sucessfully pregnant! Thanks- and Congratultions!

  6. 15 weeks! 15 weeks!!! Waiting for your next update!!! :)
